Class Booking Instructions

​Go to "Book Online" https://worsleyphysioclinic.connect.tm3app.com/

Click “Book a class”

Click “Pilates”
-

If you want to pay for a single class in clinic (£9 pay as you go):
-
Click “Group Pilates Class”
-
Select a date on the calendar for the class you wish to attend.

Click “Select” for the class time you wish to attend on that day
-
Enter Email/Mobile number that you have registered with followed by your password or complete registration form if you haven’t registered already

Check date and time of the class and click the box to agree to T&C’s

Enter payment details and click “book now”
If you want to pay for a single class on zoom:
-
Click “Online Pilates Class”

Select a date on the calendar for the class you wish to attend.

Click “Select” for the class time you wish to attend on that day

Enter Email/Mobile number that you have registered with followed by your password or complete registration form if you haven’t registered already

Check date and time of the class and click the box to agree to T&C’s

Enter payment details and click “book now”

If you want to pay for multiple classes (£45 in clinic for 6 sessions):

Click “Packages” on the tool bar at the top
-
Select Package for ONLINE or IN CLINIC
-
Click “Log in to buy”
-
Enter Email/Mobile number that you have registered with followed by your password or complete registration form if you haven’t registered already

Enter payment details and click “buy now”

You then need to book onto your individual classes though PAYG.

Click “Explore classes”
-
Click “Pilates”
-
Click “Group Pilates Class” for in clinic or “Online Pilates class” for online classes

Select a date on the calendar for the class you wish to attend.

Click “Select” for the class time you wish to attend on that day

Check date and time of the class and click the box to agree to T&C’s

It should say at this point “Use existing credit. 1 credit will be deducted from your package. You have X credits remaining.

Click “Book now”
Follow this process to book onto your remaining classes as and when you want to. The classes are on a first come first served basis. Once a class is full you are able to still join it online otherwise you will need to book another class.
To see the classes you are booked on to or to cancel or change a class:

Log in to your account

Click “My Diary” on the tool bar at the top

Then click the number of classes

Click “Cancel this class” if you are unable to attend or you can click “Book again” to book further classes.

PLEASE NOTE there is a 24 hour cancellation charge for classes. If you cancel a class or switch it to a different class within 24 hours of your class your credit will remain on your account. If it is less than 24 hours notice you will be charged for the class.
To check the status of your account and see how many classes you have left in your package:

Click “My account”

Click “My Packages”
-
This will show you your package and remaining classes in your package.
